A report from flyover country. (Indiana)

Personal and business backruptcies are rising rapidly. 10 counties reported a 22% increase in 2001 from 2000 in bankruptcies. Mostly from middle and upper income people living beyond their means.

Or simply said...they couldn't take on more debt to live a lifestyle they should not have been living anyway.
