And I was confused. Sorry.

You are correct that AMD's 15nm transistors came out 50% faster than Intel's, but at this point, both technologies are stated for 2009, not sooner.

Speaking of changing the subject, though, weren't we previously talking about PD SOI and FD SOI? Why bring up 15nm transistors when Intel will have FD SOI in 2005? You seem to be changing the subject to distract others.
