Your arguments are coherent and I do believe them. But there's this little voice in my head and it's telling me the world just isn't wired to let so many people make so much money in so short a period of time and let them keep it. All these people who've doubled their money on houses in 3 years and don't cash in are going to see their paper profits slip away.

Now I can't make any rational argument on how or why or when it's going to happen (well, it has something to do with all the layoffs and the economy being worse than people think), but I still think it's going to happen. And I still am probably very wrong <g>.
