OT In Afghanistan they can have Thermal and probably Snow power,

Now my mind is wandering. I still wonder how I passed my Physics in High School when what I often did was to Day Dream and from time to time compose Love Letters for friends to give to their loved ones --- offering the moon and the stars ... Although I'm not good in Physics I got this idea that, maybe somebody out there could devise a Highway power --- where wheels of passing cars could spin turbines along Highways.
