LIG, who cares about news. Strictly on TA. The chart is forming a classic tea pot and handle pattern. I also detect the eyes and ears formation on the 5-minute chart. Stock has held above the lower Folliger band while Wave 5 did not break its recent low of 7.5. The 5-d MA just pulled ahead of the 14-d MA. All these combine point to an upturn in the not too distant future. That's my TA read anyway.
