John, More issues re: "a million things on the go right now " Both di7026 and Mark have talked about a fast track profile on WF10 (ie: this is the kind of situation where that might apply). In this case and seperate from Pennsaid, DMX is probably starting with plans to accomodate WF10 production at Varennes as a further revenue source for Fabrication Dimethaid. My understanding is the large building on the site is suitable. This will probably be started depending on the phase III results becoming abundantly clear and I anticipate that this decision could be made soon. That's probably several million in capital equipment and other expenses and another activity front. On another topic: I believe the 6 inches we're from the FDA (reinspection or not) is responsible for the rise in the face of consecutive placements (duh!) but its my opinion that the full impact of this has not been felt. The siesta by the 3 amigos let the air out to 6.20 in a hurry. We all know I'm a steady enthusiast of DMX. I still say we're already in a memorable year. Maybe we can speed up the HepC trials. Re: Cash If 3.5 is the number I believe new cash will be needed for the March month (est. 2.5 for various OXO alone by then). I would like to know as soon as anyone believe's they're tracking a new placement. I'm not sure if we're saying this one is continuing or if a new one has started. The reason is if she's holding no 483 tickets from the FDA, this may play out to the J&J deal directly. Despite my dilution comments, I would see it positively for the inspection if Jan and Feb go by with none or a small placement. On we go. Wolf
