I honestly have concerns that they even survive in the mid to long term...Living in Austin I've seen their expansion plans fall apart or be shelved for the immediate future. I think this is a responsible move by mgmt, but they are under pressure ina big way. Technical trade for me..I do like the company. As far as backfilling, we've certainly seen massive volume of late which leads me to believe those who wanted out surely are by now
