Truman: Yes, that is my understanding. After all, the stock is being held in trust by INCE. It belongs to the shareholders of EDVC, not INCE. So far, 1 of 6 distributions with the second due Aug 13th. Those 5/6ths INCE common shares are being held in trust by INCE for EDVC shareholders. Lee
