ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY MILLION DOLLARS

Where did all the money Go??????????

All of you Fonix Faithful, have seen the figures...

Do you all still think Fonix is a Great Company?

As I visit the Fonix web page I came across a teleconference call...conference call transcript from 8-27-01

(Mr. Roger Dudley): "Thank you very much, and welcome. As I understand it, this could be the largest group of Fonix shareholders ever to assemble in one communication format. It is my understanding we have something like 1500 shareholders, so welcome to one and all.

You represent, even though it's a large number, somewhat of a small percentage of the total Fonix shareholders; you're one of 47,000 shareholders of Fonix common stock. We have a large following. Some days the stock trades with high volume. Recently it appears the stock has traded with a lot of volume and some price pressures, and we'd like to address some of those concerns today.

We're very sensitive, and I think first and foremost we're sensitive to the pressures of the stock market, pressures of Fonix stock, from the Board of Directors, the management team, and all the employees at Fonix, all are very concerned about the volatility. As concerned as we might be, there's a lot of factors outside of the Fonix business plan that affect the stock price, and obviously we need not spend time going through all the market pressures.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT I THINK A GOOD COMPANY WOULD BE MORE CONCERNENED WITH COMPANY PRODUCTION THAN STOCK PERFORMANCE.
