Yes, mobile missiles and launchers are easier to hide but ICBM's are pretty large, and even the US hasn't managed to construct mobile based ballistic missiles so far. Besides, with our intel even if they were mobile based we would know they existed and could track them and eliminate them. Are you saying it is too hard to track and find a stationary Ballistic missile and destroy it or demand it be dismantled, and it is easier to identify one that is launched and traveling at mach 10 or greater and hit it like a bullet hitting another bullet. Compound this with the simultaneous launch of dummy warheads and you have a really tough task. Amazing when logic like you just presented to me is used to defend the Shield, the useless Shield.

Please explain, I would love to hear it.
