The fixed asset turnover ratio details how efficiently a corporation utilizes its fixed assets, i.e. PP&E, to produce sales. If you want to dispute what a recognized textbook states, so be it.

Still, by means of this ratio, Intel is still more efficient at utilizing their fixed assets.
