Trojan Technologies will release its financial results for the three months
ended Nov. 30, 2001, on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2002. These results, as well as
the company's performance for the year ended Aug. 31, 2001, will be
reviewed at its annual meeting of shareholders to be held on Jan. 16, 2002,
at 11 a.m. at the London Convention Centre, London, Ont. Copies of the
presentation made by Allan Bulckaert, the company's president and chief
executive officer, will be made available after the meeting on the
company's Web site at www.trojanuv.com.
A conference call will be held for investors, analysts and media at 4:30
p.m. ET on Jan. 16, 2002. The conference call will be hosted by Mr.
Bulckaert and will include Doug Alexander, executive vice-president and
chief financial officer, and Marvin DeVries, executive vice-president.
