FIBR.. watching possilbe entry for short covering play on new contract with Cox, may just be a flash in the pan that's already done.. Short interest is 37% of float, yet total shares outstanding is rather small.. company is sitting on recent downgrades so if there's a shift in "house" sentiment there's good opportunity to 8 then 12 on further news.
