It looks very promising for Intel's process roadmap. Also note that the transistors tested had 50nm gates, which is close to where they want them for the .09u node. Wow... that's a nice article... where'd you find it!?!??? Looks very promising. Here's hoping 300mm thin SOI wafers appear quickly on the horizon...
