Two hours after the interview, they announced a restructuring charge of65M(I think) and like laying off 2000 jobs.

*I saw part of the interview, it was with Yahoo and their new deal, I didn't think it was that pertinent to the news at hand, and the CEO probably feared some kind of reg FD repercussions.
