Man what I hate is the bouncing ICQ Icon when I get a message or any other Icon .... If I am working on Excel and I get a message the machine works sluggishly due to the bouncing Icon.... this should be optional entirely... I'd like to have on the ICQ dock icon a counter of unread messages but not have it bounce all over, hehe
