The possiblity of making a Direct Connect conversation between Boston and Beijing is patently ridiculous, based on currnet telcom regulations.

I dont know about the telecom regulations but the time difference alone would make this a very limited market.

I didnt know that Nextel had spectrum in China. The scenario I was hoping for (and really still expect) is Unicom rolling out Qchat on their CDMA network. This would be a tangible benefit that they could tout for high-end users.

Forget Boston to Beijing....Beijing to Beijing is where the money is at.
