I am presently reading this thread from its inception. I have arrived @ Oct 2, 2000 and Rick has just stated the following on the subject of the valuation of Axiom. If you can discover the percentage of the company that Biacore obtained, you'll have an approximate valuation -- eyes of Biacore. Most probably the question has since been answered. But just in case it hasn't. In their Annual Report for the year 2000 Biacore are stating: In May 2000, Biacore and Axiom Biotechnologies entered an exclusive distribution agreement which allows Biacore to distribute Axiom’s new highthroughput pharmacology system on a world-wide basis. The new system will complement Biacore’s own molecular based high-performance systems that are currently under development. As part of the deal, Biacore has made an equity investment of USD 4 million in Axiom resulting in Biacore owning 15.8% of Axiom. Ice
