Actually, one of many points -- and the one that ....is most damning and incriminating -- is that the Bush family ... ... and friends they 'favored' used ENE money and connections to change energy regulation laws that set up all 'well connected' insiders to make millions ... or billions ... of dollars. Without the ENE influence on 'policy makers' that most recently include Wendy Gramm who sits on the board of directors, ENE would have never been much of a company. Just another utility.
