Actually have a surge with battery on it already. One of Dells fix's was perhaps you are running out of memory so try to kill programs that you aren't using from the start menu. When I pulled up the thing he told me to pull up and start telling programs not to start I didn't know what half of them were.

How am I supposed to look at these c:/ bizarre named things and decide what should start and what shouldn't?
