It tells me that it couldn't load c:\Program Files\Spinner Plus\Prgram\Spinner.exe because it can't access these three files. That is a music playing program. Do you have Spinner 3.1 or 4.0? I suggest downloading from this site if you want that program. However, if you don't...disable it for the time being so that it is out of the equation of problems (ie. make sure it does not get started when you reboot the computer). spinner.com
