BHK is related with Dundee in many ways. Repadre is a big shareholder (Repadre is controlled by Dundee). Breakwater and Black Hawk share some officers. Breakwater has still may be some shares in BHK when they took control of Jascan Resources (Dundee is a big shareholder of BWR.) And so on ... A closed family of interrelated corporations....
