ALAN GREENSPAN - The master of suspense (no, not Alfred Hitchcock) will "green-speak" tomorrow. Bulls supposedly don't want any more rates cuts, but I am hoping they will settle for word that many sectors of the economy including technology are making steady improvement. I think he will go that far, anyway, and after the bulls think about it, I think they will like what they hear. Of course trying to predict what he will say and the reaction to what he says is anyone's guess. I expect it could very well play out in a NAZ rally next week.
