*OT* I watched this discussion of yours on the Boom Boom thread and can't believe some people are so stupid. Of course Bush and Cheney had ENE links but they had nothing to do with ENE's finances, any scams or swindling of investors.

They were both in oil and gas so of course before they were in office they dealt with the largest trader of energy in the world. DUH!!!

And as for Cheney meeting with them last year. DUH Again! We were in a major energy crisis or don't die hard Clinton fans want to recall the mess he had left behind with the lowest stock piles of oil and gas in US History?

Why wouldn't the executive branch want to get the low down on what the nation's energy situation was from the fish's mouth of the largest energy dealer here. People would have been wanting Bush's head had they not met with the energy dealers to squash that problem. They get the nation through an oil and gas shortage and now Democrats want to hang them because they did their job.

I guess it would have been alright if Bush was sitting at his desk getting hummers while gas was 5 bucks a gallon and doing nothing like Clinton would have done though.

Whitewater was an intentional scam and like everything else Clinton did, he walked away scott free. Between OJ and Clinton, I wonder why we even bother having laws.

A nation of morons!!!

Good Luck,

Lee
