1. FACT: Jesse Taylor, Chairman of the Board of IMMM, resigned his position on June 9th, 1997.
2. FACT: Paul Ebeling witheld this information from Martin Linskey in post #1209 dated June 30th, 1997.
3. FACT: The President and Chairman of the Board are no longer with the company since the hiring of Paul Ebeling.
4. FACT: IMMM's stock price has declined ever since Paul Ebeling was hired as director/officer of the company.
