George Will. He can always be counted on to miss the point, but here I have special knowledge. I was born in South Dakota partially raised in Iowa and live in Texas. I am quite familar with all the schools. I can tell you and George right now that the difference in SAT performance is english proficiency and not IQ. There is a major major influence cooresponding to school funding also with Iowa near the top and Texas at the bottom. Whatever he is babblying about broken families is complete nonsense as I saw more broken Native American families in South Dakota than I ever similar families did in Texas. TP
