all Andersen will get is a slap on the wrist.
no way one of the biggest accounting firms will go kaput over such a minor infraction ;-)

btw, they are a private company.
their consulting side recently split off, in a heated battle, and is now call Accenture (publicly traded; IPO'd last year)
