Alan: I am trying to find this through a search on Google. Is this article right? I grew up in California, and I have never heard of this, but then, does anything suprise you? I guess this can happen anywhere now, and I do not want that forced on my son. I was in Starbucks last month and the person that worked there, was telling me, what she was reading for College.
