Hi Gofer,

I'm a 6Q3!!! See post #8 on this thread!!! What are you???

thanks for the historical revenue information. My feeling
is that your current Q4 estimate is way TOO low. For one,
you will notice that sequential Q3/Q4 rev growth is quite
strong: last year it was 35%, and the year before that, it
was 31%. So organically, and conservatively, and making
allowance for the fact that big companies don't grow as
fast as small ones, I'd say we're in for at least 20%
Q/Q growth. That would put the estimate at 106 million.

BUT WAITTTTTTTT!

DFXI just acquired Schwinn. Last Q, I believe we had only
2 weeks of Schwinn revenues. I think it is quite reasonable
to expect about 30 million in extra revenues from Schwinn
(see Walt's post 671). So that suddenly puts us at 136
million in revenues. Somehow, Wall Street seems clueless
because the 3 analysts following DFXI peg revs at 116
million. I think there is the potential for a major major
destruction of the estimates again.

What do you guys think of my arithmetic?
