Status of recommendations of 12/4/01

0) QQQ 40.83 -> 41.38 + 1%

1) FORG 3.52 -> 4.20 + 19%
2) GTNR 17.05 -> 17.24 + 1%
3) TSYS 3.60 -> 5.50 + 53%
4) AXTI 13.58 -> 15.43 + 14%
5) ESST 20.47 -> 23.70 + 16%

6) DFXI 29.30 -> 35.55 + 22%

7) SCON 5.95 -> 6.43 + 8% (recommended 12/14/01)

8) RSTN 15.05 -> 20.44 + 36% (recommended 12/20/01)

Notice how our beloved DFXI is now 3rd best on my list
following the strong push of the last few days.
This is the last time I do this list...
better quit while I'm still ahead!!

My new recommendation of the day is INVN... This company
will have revenues approaching 1 billion in 2 years and is
currently trading at a market cap around 350 millions. I
know it's up a lot recently, but I'm willing to bet it will
be a big winner in the future too (especially from 26$
where it currently trades at).

As for ESST, it is, along with ZRAN, the leading
manufacturer of semiconductor chips for the DVD sector
(audio, video silicon solutions, etc.). That, very simply,
is the reason why I am currently long the stock. Anyway,
they're extremely well positioned with respect to the
home consumer electronics business. Their Q4 is by far the
strongest, but I think that things will be much stronger
than usual in Q1, led by replenishing of depleted
inventories (DVD sales have been going through the roof
lately) and strong performance in China (Chinese New Year
in February). So I think ESST might surprise by also
raising Q1 estimates (it's raised Q4 estimates twice in
the last month). The Yahoo! ESST thread is really quite
informative. You'll want to read the posts of the resident
bull Peak_007. He's been a big fan of the stock for
several months now. I think his projections are pretty much
on target. He's got a target in the mid 30s for the stock.

Good luck,

Trilobyte.
