Dear Valued Cisco Company Store Customer,

Welcome to the new Cisco Company Store! If you've shopped in Cisco's Marketplace stores before, you'll
notice that this new store is very different than the previous stores because it has multiple product lines
available in one store. Rather than searching and shopping for Cisco information and merchandise in
multiple stores, you can get it done in one transaction. Also, the search engine is consolidated and
greatly improved to provide you faster and more accurate search results.

Here more details on recent and upcoming changes to the Cisco Company Store:

In December 2002, we consolidated the Gift Store with a new product line (Books: CiscoPress
and Technical Titles) and renamed the store Cisco Company Store.
In January 2002, we'll consolidate two more stores (Printed Information and Subscription Stores)
and add two more product lines (Videos and HR merchandise). Note to Cisco Employees: We
streamlined the ordering of Cisco technical documentation, you can order the printed versions
through the Networking Products MarketPlace.
Future changes include improvements to our global distribution leadtime and costs, integration
with the Cisco Merchandise Store at Lands' End, integration with the San Jose retail Cisco
Company Store location and work to continuously improve your shopping experience on our
online store.

Your opinion important to us. Please select the "Feedback" link in the toolbox to let us know what you
think of the store.

Thank you,

Heather Gallegos
Manager, Cisco Company Store
