Elizabeth, Just what I read from the PFG PR. The surviving company will be PFG, Dayton will get some representation on the amalgamated board at a special meeting to be called in April to approve the amalgamation.
After that the next election there is potential for a new slate since the Day votes will dominate. Unless of course the same people that hold control in PFG also hold control in Day.

There may not be much share action twixt now and then.
The relative prices of PFG and Day reflect the approx valuation of the shares at current market.
the combined company will move from a cash burner to an earner and this should up the SP, but that did not do much for the Day SP.

You hint of stuff and say nothing, I make comments and you carp?

Bill
