Hunter... We may not like your style, but everyone on this thread better listen to your words... I too, have heard this same info from a totally independent source from Mr. Boonen. In my mind this verifies it. Arguably the most important person, the chairman of company, resigns from his position and the company refuses to acknowledge it? There is something horribly wrong here. I don't know the exact SEC ruling, but I'm bloody sure info like this must be released to the public. And should we not know of any 504 financings, or additional shares increasing the float? The IMMM board (what's left of it) must be accountable to someone, even if they do not have to file 10-Q's or 10-K's... Forever on the lurk... John.
