The Enron thing is not about finding the smoking gun tying Bush to blessing special purpose entities or any such thing. It's about shining the light on the poster boy of the excesses of marrying the influence of political contributions and laissez faire corporate decadence. This will focus the attention of the average joe, at least for awhile, on just what the hell is going on here anyway as big bidness takes over the public sector to go along with its dominance of the private. Which will mean uncertainty and bad news for Wall Street, IMO. In other words, we're going up !!!!

O'Neill proved himself the ultimate dope again by publicly stating the ENE 401k was probably handled legally, just at the moment his boss is trying to buy some phony sympathy points by all of a sudden becoming interested in corporate lootings of these plans. This is getting into head shaking territory again. Funny how Gramm resigned in such a hurry all of a sudden too.
