e.t. but simple math shows that as I said the Enron failure cost Lay 115 million which wipes out his compensation for many years. And in that he is the guy at the top I don't feel sorry for him. But I also don't consider the guy a criminal. I call Ken Lay a guy who rose to his level of incompetence. Look at how the stupidest that ever was, mr. bill jumped into disgrace.

Now it may be that the auditors did something wrong or they may have followed the rules and just been stupid also. And maybe Ken Lay did something wrong. So what. It's clear that all the money he contributed in no way shape or form got Ken Lay or Enron any special money deal from Uncle Sam on PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH's watch.

Now in the first fecal matter's tenure I don't know. Money could buy room service at the White House or a pardon. That's just what all the facts say.
