First, I have spoken to Mr. Peter Boonen only TWICE. He has called me both times. I have NEVER contacted Peter Boonen. Peter Boonen became aware of who I was by reading the comments I made on the NAE thread regarding Mr. Paul Ebeling. After being fired, he wanted to set the record straight. I guess I was the medium to do just that. I'm not sure how many times or how often Mr. Boonen reads this thread, but I do know he does. I know this because he made me aware of an unapparent remark I made about him being a director of Madera International. He pointed this out to me on the phone today that that information was incorrect. I told him I would post the CORRECTED information when I mentioned Taylor and his resignation. I became involved with this company simply on the pure coincidence of Mr. Paul Ebeling. I believe everyone knows how Tridon and IMMM crossed paths. I damn sure don't want to go into that again! As for digging information on IMMM, that's really funny! I haven't tried ONE time to find out anything more than you guys! I have NEVER contacted the company or any of its officers. Mr. Boonen has called me twice and that's about as far as my private investigation has taken me. I would have never met you, Peter Boonen, or anyone else on this thread unless someone didn't notify me of the simple fact that Paul Ebeling was appointed Secretary/Treasurer of this company.
Theo, you can bring up questions all day long about me and my true intentions. It seems like ANYTHING that takes away from the real issues at hand is what you guys like to talk about. Asking questions about my motives aren't going to solve ANY of the problems you face here. My MOTIVE is SIMPLE and I 've stated it numerous times before: I want everyone on Silicon Investor to be aware of Paul Ebeling and his past business dealings. It's THAT simple! IF that's too hard for you to digest, then I guess that's just too bad. Basically, here it is in a NUTSHELL: The Chairman of the Board is GONE! The President and founder of the Company is GONE! Paul Ebeling is in charge and has not increased shareholder value in ANY of his past business ventures. The stock has slowly decayed ever since Boonen left and Ebeling came on board! Ebeling has tried to produce movies, sell food products, sell hairpieces, and now he's in the OIL business! What do you think Ebeling knows about the Exploration business? Ever read his resume? You better, because he's the dude in charge of your company right now! I'm guessing he doesn't have much experience in this particular field. Why don't you ask Martin Linskey to provide Ebeling's bio like he did Kevin Maloney? Let's all take a look at Ebeling's experience in the exploration business! And also, Peter Boonen would be more than HAPPY to talk to you about ANYTHING that's on your mind. Honestly, I'm getting tired of being the messenger. Why don't you give him a call to validate each and every thing I've said on here! He would be more than happy to talk to you! Why don't you call Paul Ebeling and ask him to issue a statement on the resignation of Mr. Jesse Taylor? Why don't you contact Michael Stamm and ask him about the current situation? |
