Professional property management is available in my area for about 10 percent of the monthly rent. If you bought a good house in a good area, and you really like the house, and you think you might want to return to live in it someday, or you think it will appreciate considerably in value over time and you can sell it for a nice profit, this fee might be a small price to pay for what you will get in the end.
