You are right Scott...Complex it is. Wonder how many other companies and BOD's had some of the same things happening in the last few years....? Both employees and shareholders were left holding the bag in MANY companies... When things heated up they sold stock big time. Yet, thousands of their employees could not. ENE's current and former management continues to live the the good life. Yet, did they live up to their fiduciary responsibilities to ALL their stakeholders?
