It also buys corruption...........that's illegal. You must subscribe to the philosophy that money is the root of all evil. I don't buy that. You need to define what exactly is illegal. What do you think of the previous administration's tactics regarding dialing for dollars from the White House, pay to play and visits to Buddhists temples? I agree that corruption should be prosecuted, but political donations in and of themselves do not constitute corruption.
