Bill, for heavens sakes. This is a friendly merger of people who already know each other. Shrake will not be CEO he will likely VP Exploration or something like that. CMS will probably not have an official capacity but be on the board. She has value for her money, knowledge and contacts. The CEO of DAY will be running the show. He is solid and knows lots about the mining business. PFG shareholders aren't going to get 30% of the votes AND run the business. Give it up, PFG is history. Final answer.
