That is, to try the Enron executives under the Taliban. I commend the USA government on this issue. Making the best use of resources available is the duty of every successful business. Could we be seeing a reversal of historical trends here? USA government out pacing the private business sector in efficiency?? Wonderment abounds! -g- Next we need to see some Nationalisation of most significant resources so that superior government efficiences can get the best "bang for the buck" National service by the draft should keep efficient low cost labor available. it surely is brilliant.
