To get the latest equipment, one must be connected to the sources in a secure and DENIABLE relationship. I have purchased (at ridiculous discounts) the heavy armaments of the mothballed battleship Wisconsin, together with turrets, ammunition and crews; also the latest in Israeli communications equipment (courtesy of an old college roommate, now chief of the Mossad).
