I doubt that Lowell is in the picture other than as a consultant. Who did what and who actually was responsible for the Arequipa discovery is a little foggy for me.

The point of the merger, as I've been trying to say, is that it's a homecoming, a merger of people who know each other and my view is that the shareholders of the combined company are better off having this group together rather than separate. That's it. There's no test for anyone to pass. Shrake is accepted into this group as a very good explorationist. That may or may not be the case but he has a worse record as a CEO. The roles in both companies are being shuffled and I think it is a better bet now. PFG fills a weakness that existed in DAY and PFG gets an honorable exit path with some upside. It's my view and it may be wrong. We'll see.

By the way, thanks for all your input to the various companies we see seem to both follow on the path to riches. It has helped me.
