legally OK Legal has a whole new meaning these days. If a marine thinks it's legal or moral to kill a prisoner, escuse me, detainee, in Guantanamo is that legal? It seems that various parts of the administration are making up legalities as they go, and the court, especially the Supreme Court constrained by it's appointment of the President, cannot lodge a protest. What is a believer - nonbeliever or cobeliever in such a circumstance? It would appear to be whatever it is claimed to be and not challenged. Not simple at all! TP
