Will investors be so dumb to buy SEG again with Luzzo at the helm after having just been raped and pillaged? Memories are short. Or will Luzzo take his ill gotten gains and retire to the French Riviera and Aspen? Remember SEG's fairnes opinion did not address the management buyout. Wonder why not.
