I'm not sure but I think there was preffered stock that was being issued to cover some of that... I just think the interest level with this is about .5 on a scale of 100. This really isn't even in play until after this trial and then the efficacy trial begins... Interest level may pick up then but all these safety trials are putting investors to sleep...
