Is the valuation model (at Yardeni) needing to read "undervalued" just a prerequisite to your getting a buy signal on the Q? What other signals might be needed--and do they all come from the Q trend charts/data? So, just because a greater than 1 reading exists does not imply a buy signal, but rather a hold if you happened to get in on it earlier when a buy signal was given? Do I understand that right? Is JNPR a clear sell (even now)? Could be a whipsaw? Thanks. Mino
