Is the valuation model (at Yardeni) needing to read "undervalued" just a prerequisite to your getting a buy signal on the Q?
ANSWER:
The Q and Hal buy signals are in two different worlds and
totally unrelated. The Q buys and sells are to be used as
a guide only and do not depend on Yardeni.
......................
What other signals might be needed--and do they all come from the Q trend charts/data?
ANSWER:
The Q signals are show on the charts. No other info is needed
for the Q signals.
........................

ANSWER:
You got it right.
..................................
Is JNPR a clear sell (even now)?
ANSWER:

Could be a whipsaw?
ANSWER:
