Do not buy weak funds:
1. in a poor market.
2. if the fund looks bad on all charts.
3. in the fund's bad season.

FBIOX is a weak fund at this time, and a buy:
1. the current market is not a poor market.
2. the fund looks bad on many charts, but not on all charts.
3. based on past data, January is a good month, March is the bad month for FBIOX.
