Tom, why are you distorting the facts to support Ken Lay? You sound like Clinton trying to define "is". The fact is that Ken Lay sold many thousands of ENE shares in the months leading up to the crash. The two entries you mention are exercises of stock options, not purchases, and I will wager that those shares were also sold.

The Republican (and Democrat) faithful should be putting some distance between themself and Ken Lay, not defending him. But I guess he is owed something for all those campaign donations.....

Defending Lay by attacking Clinton makes no more sense than it did for those defending Clinton to attack Nixon. One man's crimes do not excuse another. Crap stinks and needs to be shoveled, whether it be Democrat or Republican. Fact is that the Enrob stink has rubbed off on both parties.
